Partial list of requirements to stay:

• Reserved with a non-refundable 10% deposit.
• Valid State issued drivers licence or state ID card.
• If not from the states, valid picture ID card from your government.
• Guests must possess bank account with bank card.
• You may reserve any number of days up to 90.
• Check out is before noon of your departure date.

While staying with us, you are agreeing with the following rules.

• Never leave a mess, always clean up after yourself.
• Never smoke inside.
• Never make noise after 10PM or before 10AM.
• Never allow other people over without permision.

Asheville Booking reserves the right to refuse anyone, and without reason.
